The tendency to study the law, especially Islamic law, among Muslims has begun to diminish. Because the law is violated or not more practiced in everyday life both by society and by the enforcement officials of law. Studying and mastering the law merely to defend his client for money. Due moslem comunities away from religious values, there is no blessing in life, there is no comfort and tranquility, but the anxiety is almost blanketed every human being. Frenetic fighting between students, between villages, between citizens, parties often make troublesome security. Domestic disputes, domestic violence, adultery, juvenile delinquency, promiscuity, an issue which has become increasingly serious. Beggars in the streets, at a red light, in crowded places, looking more solid and lined up waiting queue of pilgrims pray helping hand Fri, coming out of the mosque.
